Aim for eating 1,200 - 1,300 Cal a day (I'm under 5ft, this is a good range for me. I don't recommend this amount for others)
Eat vegetables every day
Stick to 80% nutrient dense, 20% treats
Cut out soda
Long term goals:
Run a 5k
Lose between 40-50 lbs, no matter how long that takes
Consistently workout 3 times a week
