I have a suggestion for an au, scientific au where person A is an animal/human hybrid and escapes the lab of torture and hides in the forest/woods behind person B’s house and person B finds them injured and scared into attack mode but they’re weak so person B comes by every day and leaves food close to where A is hiding and then A eventually trusts B 

B brings A home and nurses them back to health and they accidentally fall for their hybrid friend and hide them from search parties and person B always lies like “a human-animal hybrid you say? No I haven’t seen one or heard anything unusual” and person A who is hiding makes an animalistic sound of fear and person B covers it up like “oh sorry that’s my (possibly exotic) pet I foster animals sometimes and they can be exotic but this one is human aggressive" 

and they move away and live in a more secluded area and one day person B’s friends find their creature friend napping when they visit while B is working and person B has to explain the situation while A tries to attack said friend because this is /their/ human and what does this persoN THINK THEY ARE DOING MY HUMAN NO TOUCHING and person B calms A down and pleads with friend not to tell or they’ll find A and take them away to do god only knows what, torturing tests by the scars and nightmares on A and yeah

A knows basic English and B teaches them so A can have an easier time vocalizing thoughts where B can understand things and they can communicate
