The Lazy Song of Bruno Mars... I really can relate to this right now! Hahaha! *Theme song of Joseph's current life Haizt! How the hell can my life be more progressive than being a "TAMBAY" Can't find a work because they need nurses who has an IVT Training, BLS/SFA, and ACLS... Well, i do have a BLS/SFA Training, but i don't have the advance cardio and the ivt cuz of financial problem. Just by taking those 2 trainings it will cost me more than 3thousand pesos :( and i don't know where i can get that... I thought after i pass the board i will have a work then help my family but the irony of a nurse's life is not that, after you pass the board you need volunteer *you need to pay the hospital* *you don't have allowance/salary* I'm still thinking what does the government of our country think of us nurses, we took that course for 4 years, some even took it longer *alam nyo na qng bkt* then they could not offer us any job... Why don't they standardized the nurse:patient ratio in order for us to have more time with our patients, gather covert and overt data and not to guesstimate the vital signs, the I&O, the U/O and other data that may seem minute but also plays an important data that should be recorded accurately... Forgot to mention this, we nurses can volunteer @ the health centers where in we can also have patients, *more of Out-patient* we can do vaccinations, giving oral meds, health teachings and also visiting the neighborhood of where our health center is located, but we are not that welcomed in some houses, they just think that we are just gonna waste their time because we are gonna ask questions about their health, about the given vaccines among their child, about the oral medications that has been prescribed to treat a very common respi dse here in our country... Haaaaaaaayy, BUT I WANT TO WORK IN HOSPITAL! :( *not meant to please anybody... just sharing my thoughts... :P

sorry for the late answer...we do have A LOT of RNs here in the Philippines the only problem here is where to find a "Nursing Job" because some of the hospitals here in our country doesn't imply the standards of nurse to patient ratio... We can go up to 1 nurse : 500 pt at least in some public hospital...traveling? hmmm, we can go abroad if we want to but we need at least 2 years of hospital or any medical field experience...

     Wikipedia also included other subgroups of heritage and one of them is Cultural Heritage which means the legacy of physical artifacts and intangible attributes of a group or society.      MOST of the people here in the Philippines does not value any of our heritage sites, it can be a house or a certain memorabilia. This issue has been brought out because of the increasing Heritage Site here and most of them aren't valued. It has been left untouched leading to its destruction, even the government does not have enough fund for our Heritage Site, oh wait! They do have the budget but the problem is they are not giving the "supposed to be" budget of it... For example, the budget asked for renovation or something costs 300k but the government will only give 100k...      If only you know how valuable our Heritage Site is, you would not do that, it is a part of OUR history, OUR daily lives... That house served as a home for our heroes, their families, maybe it has been used as a special meeting place for those high ranks on their time, or it has been used as shelter for our fellow Filipino Fighters who fought with their lives for our freedom.      For Mr. Acuzar who lives here in Bataan, in the area of Bagac, I salute you for your effort of SAVING and bringing some parts of the diminishing heritage houses into our place, Bataan. But isn't it more beautiful to see those heritage houses on its original place? Where it should be standing and people of that place are still able to see its beauty, its meaning and its soul. -RandomRN :D
