The Living Cube by Till Könneker

I moved into a apartment studio without storage room. So i made a minimalistic cube design with a shelf for my vinyl collection, my TV, Clothes and Shoes. On the cube is a guest bed and inside the cube is a lot of storage space. Remo from www.holzlaborbern.ch transferred my sketches very beautifully. Self-portrait

I had to make a self-portrait to get accepted at my new education. ( Communication and Multimedia Design at Avans Hogeschool, Breda ) The portrait shows my personality. I’m always thinking about myself and everything around me. That’s why I chose this statue ( ‘Le Penseur’ of Auguste Rodin ) with a part of my own face on top of it. The binocular stands for the world. I got my eye on the future and it’s my dream to visit a lot of countries in my life. Secondly I’m a perfectionist and I’m not quickly satisfied so I always look further. And I’m always open-minded. I’m very proud of it.
