I try not to publicly brag about my life. Mainly because I don’t want to jinx anything. I don’t even know if I believe it that stuff... oh well I guess I do, or maybe it’s a “just in case” type of thing. Anyways, I’ve been feeling good lately. Other then the normal day to day ups and downs, overall I’m pretty happy with my life at this point. Which is kind of mind blowing to me, especially due to the fact that only 3 short months ago I parted ways from a 5 year long relationship. A relationship that wasn’t even bad, I mean the guy was my best friend for so long. And here I am 3 months after the fact, feeling like I didn’t lose a part of myself. I guess that’s what everyone wants from a break up. You know, not to feel lost, hurt or lonely. It’s not like I’m sitting here contemplating why I don’t feel these terrible things. It’s just odd to me that I don’t. Don’t get me wrong, I miss him and our life together but I guess I just got drained somewhere along the way. But that in itself is a whole other story. Back to boasting about my current life! I graduate in exactly 48 days with my Bachelor in Science of Nursing. I landed a Pediatric ICU night shift position back home and I’m set to start on July 8th!! How crazy is that. All the educational crap that I’ve been working towards for these past years is about to pay off in one quick swoop of a diploma! Setting aside the huge fact that I’ll still have to take my licensure exam to make the whole RN thing official. But I’m not too worried about it at this point. I’m studying as much as I can, with no distractions and I’ve got 3 months to prepare. The non-educational part of my life is running smoothly. As smooth as it can I guess? I’ve got some friends that are gifts from the lord himself. And they’re like forever friends, the ones that I know I’m going to have for the rest of my life. Don’t ask me how I know, I just know. It’s like love? But the love of a best friend. Is that real? I’m going to say yes! Those girls are my rocks. I don’t care how cheesy that sounds. Oh and don’t even get me started of the support of my family. It’s so ridiculously crazy how happy I am that the family I have is the way that they are. Believe me when I say that I will take this love and support that I’ve been shown and give it x100 to everyone who crosses paths with me. If I do anything at all with my future, going out of the way to share experiences and love will with others will be it. I know I know blah blah I’m so annoyingly positive, nieve, or cheesy. I DON’T FREAKING CARE! IMA DO IT, IMA BE SO POSTIVE Y’ALL ARE GONNA VOMIT! WATCH ME 🤪
