First of all happy 40/20 Jk. This weekend i’v been sooo lazy with working out and eating. Today I ate rice and cheesz its and I do need a really good work out again i’v been really lazy with that.

I’m most definitely trying this TBH it doesn't even look that hard.

I woke up at like 1:00 pm I was not motivated to do anyyy school work today I know I should of. about my eating I had rice and tea that’s it. Right now i’m having mixed feeling about it but i know if I don’t eat anything for a bit I know i’m gonna binge a lot so yeah... I’m gunna try not to eat anything else today but if I do i’ll let you know. I think i have a problem 

This morning I had 3 eggs with cheeses because i’m trying to eat more heather since i’v been working out everyday, but then I had a cookie and I know that’s not that bad but I hate that I ate that because it mad me feel really bad inside that I had that sugar. About the 200 crunches I’m way sore but ill still try. Then later today I went to Starbucks and got Macha tea drink or whatever it’s called and 3 cake pops. I feel so bloated.😓😭 BTW I just went because I had the munchies💀

Day 3 of my 200 crunches a day and it really hurts, but i’m pushing throw yesterday I could only 100 because I was really really sore and could hardly get up plus i’v been bloating really hard but I know it will die down and it will all be worth it. DM me if you have any tips... 

This is what i’m looking for everyday in the mirror. I’m trying 200 crunches a day and it’s hurting like crazy and I can’t even lay down because it hearts so much but it’s worth it. I’ll keep you posted...
