Harley is still reeling about the other day when he put his hands on her. And not in a way that she liked. She threw her ashtray at the wall and washed it shatter into little pieces. That's what she would like to do with him sometimes. "I don't have to stay here and listen to ya! I'm gonna go out and have a good time. Don't follow me this time, J!" Then she laid hands on him and shoved him back for once. See how he likes it.

"No you're not," she growls with genuine anger steeping into every syllable. Scornful is the scowl aimed at him. The jaw revealed beneath her cowl twitches as the Bat clenches her teeth. It takes all of her restraint not to rip his head from his shoulders. Which is what he wants. He wants to goad her into losing control, a control that is as thin as ice, at present.

Her stance widens, shoulders squaring with menace, as he continues to laugh and speak. Waspish, she gazes down at him. She hates that he likens this to a dance. Does he think she has so little to attend to? That she'd twiddle away her hours with him, for him? If he did, he wouldn't be entirely off his mark. "What makes you so sure of that?" The Bat counters in question. "That I want to be a villain?" She almost feels insulted.

“To quote Mufasa.. All the light touches belongs to me. It was something like that anyways,”

“I can murder with the lights off too?”

Dark eyes rake contemptuously over the Joker's form. "For Mufasa that might be true, for you," Dawes starts, making her ire clear, "it most certainly is NOT." She doesn't belong to him. Gotham certainly didn't belong to him. "You overestimate your power."
