The 5 Obsessions of a Young Achiever I have worked with more than 1000 children in the past 10 years and after carefully observing them, here's what I have found out as the 5 obsessions children who achieve young are lucky enough to have. 1. KNOW THEIR PASSION:- If you ask them what interests them the most, they have an immediate answer. The answer will keep changing as they grow up or in the next month. But still they know what is keeping them occupied at that period 2. AWARE OF THEIR VALUES:- They know what they stand for. Their strengths, their areas of improvement, what they will always do and what they will never do in life 3. ROLE MODELS:- Achievers are not naturally achievers. They find someone doing something and decide to do something my themselves. They take inspiration and support from people who are already doing amazing things 4. MENTORS:- We all know that. We can never do it alone. And there are a lot of people out there to help. We just have to direct our kids towards mentors that can push, pull and get them to do things 5. PEERS: You are the average of the 5 people you most interact with. Yes. Your Child's friends circle matters And, that guys, are the 5 Obsessions of a young Achiever And I have seen a lot of passionate students settle down in the job they don't enjoy because they lag in one of the above!
