Inspired by Ken Baker’s memoir titled Man Made: A Memoir of My Body, the movie follows the story of an adult male who, after the successful removal of a benign tumor resting against his pituitary gland, experiences all the changes and effects of puberty over a three-week period. Johnny Simmons plays the lead, who works as a sex therapist in an office headed by Lynch’s character; his suffocating parents are portrayed by J.K. Simmons and Bello, while Snow will be playing the girl next door.
