Over the course of the MV, Mikoto was tasked with designing an advert for a University Open Campus event, must be a big deal uni because he's sent back to the drawing board like 4 times. It's definitely not the most important part of the MV but I figured it was mildly interesting

シャドウ全トリ = Remove all drop shadows ノドの意識 = Pay attention to the gutter [fold on a two page spread] 論外！ = COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! ★トンマナの統一感がなさすぎて素人っぽい = *Not a hint of unity between tone and style, very amateurish [note the use of トンマナ tonmana, which is a portmantue of tone and style, it is a word I had to look up bc it doesn't appear in my dictionary due to being very specific to the world of design/advertising houses, probably one of many jargony buzzwords used at Mikoto without proper context to understand them] ○が多すぎる　全トリ = Too many circles. No editors notes this time, this one was accepted (As a piece of useless overanalysis, I want to note how the rejected designs used more blue, which seems to be Mikoto's main colour in this MV, suggesting the accepted one was tuned more to his boss' tastes)

society decided for some reason that this meant that being fat causes sleep apnea. its often difficult to get referrals for sleep apnea treatment if you are fat, because some PCPs will tell you try losing weight first.

turns out!! having untreated sleep apnea causes weight gain in a not-insignificant number of people. it also makes it fucking impossible for many people to lose weight.

my husband worked out the same amount before he got a cpap as he does now. there have been no major diet changes either. yet he has been losing weight -- and gaining muscle tone -- consistently since he started using a cpap in january.

also, his blood pressure -- which was high, which docs blamed on his weight/diet -- went down significantly within one month of starting cpap treatment, before his weight changed significantly.

ANYWAYS. this is getting long. two final thoughts.
