i've never really listened to k-pop, i'll admit i've got a little more eclectic tastes when it comes to music, and it's kind of all over the place, and i especially like french music. but i'm willing to give k-pop a shot because i know that it's all the rage right now, like everyone and their brother seems to be into it, and i'm just an old man over here trying to be cool. so, tell me, what are the groups i should listen to? and you can recommend your own, by the way, even though i planned on listening to you anyway. and what's the best songs? // @jisunghvn

is there any style of music that you absolutely don't like? or bands you'd recommend from what you enjoy? i always worry i'm going to steer someone in the complete wrong direction and they're going to come back at me like what even is this, fast forward to me having to atone to the music gods or something but i've been listening to a lot of the rose lately. they're more indie-rock than straight up k-pop but i'd still say give them a listen if that's a genre you'd go for? sorry and nebula are a couple of my favorite songs of theirs. you'll have to let me know what you think once you get around to checking us out but for other options that answer your question better: seventeen, BTS, monsta x, got7. they all have so many good songs it's hard to narrow it down, you honestly couldn't go wrong just pulling up spotify and winging it. playlist roulette incoming?

consider this me tossing my official thank you right back, i couldn't even tell you how many people sent me the clip of you watching the video on live? notifs went crazy, though, so it was definitely way more than a handful and it's appreciated. but count me in: i don't know what the odds are of us crossing paths on tour at some point, and by that i pretty much mean just being in the same country, but if there's a way to catch a show of yours i'll swing it. or make channie hyung figure it out for all of us, either way.

"i can see that… but don't you think it's a little early to be holding me hostage? at least let me brush my teeth." he let his full weight sink onto the younger before lifting a hand to gently comb his fingers through han's hair.

"hey, now." han let out a soft huff that could almost count as a laugh, the brief glare that he sent minho's way immediately betrayed by the fact that there was no real heat behind it at all, amusement painting his features. "how does that one saying go, again? something about protesting too much? i think it's actually pretty telling that you stick around instead of running away but, sure, we can pretend it's some sort of strategy." the room had lightened up a little more in the brief time that they'd been awake, the sun slowly working away at the shadows that lingered on the walls - even with the curtain over the window still doing its best to block most of it out - gradually replacing parts of them with a warm glow. the notion came up unbidden as he met minho's gaze: that the feeling that settled over him on mornings like this, a sometimes-overwhelming mix of contentment, peace, gratitude; was just another notch in what made him worry he was gathering parts of something close to his chest that he wasn't supposed to have. even if both of them could (and would) easily separate if they wanted to, breaking the pattern of sharing a bed that they’d fallen into.
