Ngl would be funny if your oc meet my Honkai star rail oc : name:yun hai age:?mspecies: vidharaya apperance: dark blue light long hair with buns , have blue dragon horn, tail, blue soft eyes, wear a hanfu,light blue, white, dark blue, and black deep ocean pattern and scale pattern, wear a silver hair pin in his bun. Lore:so basically he was hatch in an egg and taken by dan feng to train as his succesor to become the next high elder. Yun hai throught his childhood is train by dan feng but at the same time got pressure to be "perfecr" By dan feng and the precotor(by the way dsn feng didnt really mean to pressure him but the precotor say so) . Of course but dan feng still care for him anyways(thought he could accidenlty be emotional neglect to him which he didnt mean to and is not offter thought and plus dan feng is sorta somehwta distace since he didnt have anyone growing up so yeah) still yu hai tried his best to even if sometime he feel like not enought for dan feng . Their relatioship is complication but got less complication when dan feng meet the high cloud quiter gang . Yu hai and jingyuan are childhood friends teenager years. Fast foward yu hai get to make friends with other species and feel special of course until baiheng died and dAn feng commint sin to bring her back only for her turn into abudance abnonatiom and kill all yu hai friends him survive onyl got burn on his back . Plus his hard work for becoming the next hight elder were wasted because due of the connection with dan feng he cant really become the next hight elder. So fast foward now in the present he the advice to bailu now and also mostly did the vidharaya politic thing or something for bailu. Personality:a genulaily sweet guy and nice and kind, hardworking, sometime neglect his emotio or even needs just for others, wise, smart, part of hid resent dan feng whilr the other part still miss him anyways, have attacthmen issuies, seem cold and distant to some peolle, like kids(not in a weird way ), serios at his work. Your oc sounds super interesting! Here is how I think their interactions would go:

Dan Yangchen

Yangchen would probably had been livid since he too was running for the High Elder position. Though he didn't really want it, he'd been trained his whole life to be the next Imbibitor Lunae and his early life was full of comparison to his older brother. So yeah, he would not have been happy by Dan Feng’s decision. Still, Yangchen would end up relenting at the end to dedicate himself to strategy, but won't really like the kid.

Jing Yueying

If Yun Hai is younger, Yueying would see him as either a little brother or a son. He'd be protective towards him. If your oc is older than Yueying, then just as an acquaintance. I don’t think he'd bother really much in getting to know him since his feelings towards people of the past are a mirror to Yangchen’s. Why? Yueying would never be cruel towards a child, especially not if they have the past Yun Hai has. If Yun Hai is older, then Yueying would not be that empathetic. He has issues too. Still, Yueying would not hold resentment towards Yun Hai and would even respect him and be grateful for taking care of Bailu when he can't.
