She waits for what feels like hours.

Mary is absolutely going to be wondering where the hell she is and possibly murder her upon her return to their compartment. The excuse of a prefect meeting might’ve bought Lily an hour at most and she’s already well past that, stuck lurking outside the toilets like some sort of creep.

Still, she watched him down three goblets of pumpkin juice with the other boys at breakfast before they all boarded the train. Eventually, biology has to win.
