Hello sweethearts. Here is a little longer message for all of you who struggle sometimes.
You are enough. Each and every one of you is enough.
And, in time, everything will find its place.
Even the burdens that seem overwhelming today have a way of yielding to tomorrow. And if some of them never truly disappear, that is all right too. You learn to carry them with quiet strength, until they no longer define your days. They become another thread woven into the fabric of your life—not a weight that breaks you, but a reminder of how far you have come.
I hope you know this, and I hope you never forget it: you are worthy of love exactly as you are. Not because of the way you look, not because of the way you speak, nor because you have met someone else's expectations. You are worthy simply because you exist.
When you are a teenager, it can feel as though the entire world has turned against you. Every mistake feels permanent, every rejection unbearable, every uncertainty impossible to escape. But the world is not your enemy. It is shaping you. It is teaching you resilience, patience, and the quiet courage that only time can reveal.
Some journeys are gentler than others. Some are strewn with more obstacles, sharper turns, and longer nights. It is easy to wonder why your path seems heavier than someone else's. Yet every road is meant to be walked, and every challenge carries a lesson that cannot be learned any other way. None of it is without purpose, even if that purpose remains hidden for a while.
You are doing better than you think.
And I am proud of every single one of you—even if we have never spoken, even if you found these words by chance. The simple fact that you are still here, still trying, still moving forward, is something to be proud of.
So, if today feels difficult, let these words stay with you:
You are enough. You have always been enough. And you always will be.
With all my love,
Jennifer❤️
