So here you go; my fake animated anime scenes from the Michaela novels. 3 months, over 100 frames, 53 cels, four backgrounds and almost quit twice. I did take animation references since I’ve never animated like this before but over all animated, clean-drew, colored, shaded and finished all by myself. There are some minor mistakes but to be honest in the end didn’t give fuck. This is by far the biggest and most intense project I’ve ever finished and I doubt that I’ll be doing it again. But I have to say I’ve never been this proud of my own work. And it’s fan art of all things. So you’re welcome. Huge thanks to @chilly-territory for the english translations. Ferid’s outfit inspired by @sylvalen (So apparently Tumblr couldn’t handle my awesome double-scene so I had to cut it in half and now it looks really dumb)

I actually had a lot of fun with Yoichi’s expression since we haven’t seen one of pure rage yet; it would be interesting to see him snap at some point (just please don’t kill Lacus, Yoichi). I might draw Mirai more often as well since she is a character everyone seems to forget about, similar to Seishiro.

Nothing much to say here, I just added three more versions under my sketches from yesterday: Kimizuki, Mitsuba, and Shinoa, all of them in their possessed forms. Naturally, we don’t know what their demon forms look like as of yet, but I improvised a bit.

I’m clueless, just like everyone else. My guess would be somewhere around the end of October, or start of November-ish, as that was its usual release before. Translations should be out one week after that.Of course I’m not a reliable source though.

At Target this lady told her son he couldn’t have a Wonder Woman doll because “that’s for girls” and then bought her daughter the same one. It got me thinking about how often I see people bar young boys from appreciating girls/women as protagonists and heroes, and my own experience with it as a kid.
