Death of Chrome Dome FX designs for our TMNT short Chrome Alone 2, released in Theaters in front of Spongebob: Search For Square pants last Christmas. Find it now on Paramount Plus on the extras tab under TMNT Mutant Mayhem. The villain in our short is a rogue AI, drawing his death was very cathartic. Raph yells AI Sucks at the end of the short ❤️

Color Keys I painted for TMNT: Chrome Alone 2, Lost in New Jersey. The new Short that showed in theaters in front of Sponge bob Search for Square Pants this past Christmas and just released on paramount plus. You can find it in the Extras tab under TMNT Mutant Mayhem. had a blast making this short. We made it in conjunction with the in-progress sequel.

My 10 Favorite Color Keys I painted for TMNT Mutant Mayhem. Loved working on this movie. Doing color keys is a very fun part of the process. We're given very very rough 3d to paint over and are responsible for all of the lighting, set dressing and first pass at matte painting targets. Traditionally color keys are meant to mostly just inform the lighting and color of a scene but because of our film's style Keys also influence and inform vfx and show style lines in the compositing stage.

Final painting for Baxter Stockman’s Basement in TMNT Mutant Mayhem and the preliminary traditonal sketches that I lightly cleaned up in photoshop.

New Painting and prelim sketches, Gouache on Paper. Feels good to be making fantasy work again. Very proud of this it’d been a while since i made something entirely for myself that wasn’t a study or a sketch. I’m trying to develop some sort of Los Angeles Cryptid vibe. This is for the Character in Context show at A. R. Mitchell Museum in Colorado May 2nd.

Concept paintings I did for the VR game “The Under Presents” back in 2018, loved doing these. really cool incredible concept for a game involving Live Actors.

Some old concept work I did for a game called Open Roads for Annapurna back in 2019. The project’s setting changed time periods from the 60s to the 90s since I did these. These images were a design for the Detective’s office location as well as a pitch for the art style, A sort of 60s advertising illustration look with lots of flat color and lots of detail that retains depth. #
