When Luna turns into Lunatic..

Completely enamoured with this little girl - she’s so cuddly and curious. I don’t know what kind of life she had before we got her but I think she won the adoption lottery with us. She’s going to be so spoiled.

Can’t believe we’ve owned our own home for a year already. Time sure flies!

Can we just look at these egg yolks for a minute ...? They’re just basic store bought eggs and they look like amazing farm eggs. So orange!

Scrunch got me a recipe book and a special macaron mat for Christmas so I decided to try my hand and see if I could make macaron. The mat is too big for any of our pans but parchment seems to work alright. Not too shabby for a first attempt, if I do say so myself.

Tee hee. Peckers. I’m a child.

My cousin turns 40 this year, and his husband has asked for recipes from his family and friends to make a book for him. We baked a lot together as kids and we’d usually eat so much dough that we’d get sick, get tired of baking and then make one big ass cookie instead. I used my fave chocolate chip cookie recipe and tweaked the instructions to include eating dough, laying on the kitchen floor complaining of a tummy ache and making one large cookie at the end. I’m also going to do stuffed peppers... just have to figure out how to draw a cutesy anthropomorphic pepper.

But still. Fuck trump.

I love that this post was flagged as adult. So much so, that I’ll post it again. Bahaha.

Looks like Trump has found some new building material for the wall. A lot cheaper than concrete or steel I’d say. Apparently he was inspired by looking in the mirror.
