A couple of months ago I was illustrating an ancient treebound spirit called Iubhair and now I'm happy to share it here on my #VersusEvil trading card. Created for @hireillo to be launched at @thoughtbubblefestival (13-14 Nov). Look for table 42 in the Redshirt hall.

I’ve been illustrating different wildflower species this year and while the collection is slowly growing I thought I’d use what I’ve drawn so far to make a pretty gif. A new illustration inspired by the playful moment between the octopus and the fish, in the Netflix documentary My Octopus Teacher. The diver realises in this moment that this non-human species that he has been observing for almost a year, has its own personality. It was a beautiful film and I wish every person in the world could form this type of connection with another species. 

I’ve created these single-line illustrations for Colours of Edinburgh and their online campaign for International Womens Day 2020 celebrating extraordinary refugee women who are breaking boundaries globally. It's the season for hayfever here in the UK but it's also the season for pretty flowers. Here is a lil piggy enjoying them.  Note: I just found out after drawing this that a lot of flowers are toxic to pigs, so if you have one, don't let them near flowers 🐷🌸💀
