It says that she has intense impostor syndrome and/or social anxiety. She struggles to understand why Loid could care about her; she thinks Loid just needs a warm body to fill the mother/wife role. Yor doesn't see any of her strengths as a partner, because she either sees them as useful only for assassination or doesn't see them at all. And of course, she assumes Loid fixates on her flaws (both real and imagined).
In comes Fiona Frost, and suddenly there's another warm body Loid could choose. Someone who he already knows, who's competent, pretty, knowledgeable, and probably doesn't accidentally poison everyone she cooks for. Oh, and she can put together two sentences in public without stammering. Fiona is everything Yor is not, and Yor doesn't see anything worthwhile in herself.
And Yor just doesn't value herself very highly. Think back to chapter 53. Yor was about to just stop fighting because she realized Yuri didn't need her any more, and only started again when she thought about what she could do for the world and the Forgers. The fact that Yor has her own value, that she's worth not getting stabbed for her own sake, doesn't cross her mind.
In short: Yor sees herself as a liability, a waste of space, a caricature of a bad housewife. She can't understand why anyone (except her brother) would want her around if they had another option. So her mental image of Loid Forger values Yor exactly as much as Yor values herself.
