I'm doing a vegan/gluten free meal delivery service this month to prevent myself from continuing to eat only the same 3 items every day (having to go gluten free/dairy free has been a bit of a challenge in the finding-ready-to-eat-foods department). My schedule isn't really conducive to cooking at the moment and I need more variety. Anyway, it came last night, so this is my first meal and holy cow it's insane how good it is! Kale & Quinoa Salad with Tempeh Bits and dried Cranberries in a Tahini dressing! All organic, no preservatives and no GMOs.
