I'm looking for a storm/cobalt/ice dragon with lightning eyes. Gender doesn't matter and neither does parents/lineage. I know this is so specific and this might not happen, but the off-chance it does... I'm willing to trade art for it. Bust portrait of anything, dragon or OC. I have no recent samples, but I'm a staff artist (hi, I'm the NPC guy).
