“Comic Jem and Comic Josie (of Josie and The Pussycats) would make a cute couple.”

“I kinda want Graphix and Rapture will be lovers in the comic. They were supposed to have been partners-in-crime in the original cartoon, before it got axed, so I think it would make sense to have them as an item.”

“I can't believe the IDW comic gave me so many Misfits feels. I've never had any interest in them as more than shallow villains before.”

“I want a crossover between Jem and Show by Rock. I just think it would be cute to see the cast as chibi furries! <3″

“I wish they had made Kimber bi instead of being gay in the comics. She had a lot of boyfriends in the cartoon. She had her own love triangles. She's one of the things that made the show a soap opera. I feel like they erased Kimber being bi.”

“I don't really watch the original Jem series, but it reading about it, what strikes me is how groundbreaking it was for its time. It did a lot of stuff that had never been done in a kids' show, especially one aimed mainly at girls. I think because the show was so daring for its time is why its popularity has lasted even though Hasbro left the toyline for so long in hibernation.”

I'm so happy to have given my soul to Jem. It's just so perfectly outrageous and let's me find some happiness when my mind goes to its dark place.

I honestly didn't know much about jem before the comic. But when I was in the store the day number 1 came I thought the art was beautiful so I picked it up. I absolutely adored it. The characters were interesting and the amount of LGBT was fantastic!
