I had to take a break and doodle thisss. AU where Tamaki is an insect collector specializing in Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths) and Mirio is a beekeeper for his family’s apiary set in the 1920s. ¯\_(•◡•)_/¯

Tamaki is collecting certain species of butterflies for a museum he works for and he happens upon the fields where Mirio’s family keeps their bees. After a while he keeps going to that field to catch butterflies, but he also catches glances at Mirio. Mirio notices Tamaki out in the fields here and there, so he offers him a jar of their family’s honey, since he spends so much time there anyways.

Mirio with messy hair, because he has to wear the bee hat so much. AND BOW TIES. Omfg BOW TIES. And whenever Tamaki gets bashful, he just hides his face in his hat hmhmhmm.
