I googled it and apparently sometimes the chant has been directed at non-American players 🥴 but I was on Mariners Reddit and most people were just like THE FANS LIKE TO TAKE THEIR SHIRTS OFF AND CHANT USA IT’S NOT THAT DEEP

I am feeling

a) a little bit jealous of this very different experience that she gets to have that I can’t have/haven’t chosen (interesting how this comes up for me sometimes where I’m like, just sad that I will never experience motherhood? but the same way that I’m sad that I will never be a chef or whatever - like I’m aware I can’t try all experiences but what if I COULD)

b) better just to be included in her feelings a bit more and happy that she is sharing information with me and that she confirmed she does someday want to travel with me again, I think I was feeling kind of unimportant and left behind but this helped:

a) go on the Amazing Race with me

b) do a week of volunteer archaeology at Strata Florida next summer

I was literally WORKING ON MY APPLICATION FOR THE AMAZING RACE with me and my friend Katie who I have applied for TAR with and was re-applying with (we filmed our new video in November and I've been procrastinating) and I texted her about a trip we tentatively had planned for next summer while I was thinking about her

and she's fucking PREGNANT??????? which is fine I mean I want what she wants and she wants this now I guess

So in anticipation of that I look at her case and I recognize her name from when she would call over and over to complain back when I was working cases in TWENTY SEVENTEEN.
