hey guys, quick psa: if you’re a minor, i don’t want to talk about nsfw stuff with you because you are a minor and i am an adult. legality of the issue aside (and i’m not interested in a debate on laws so please don’t try), it makes me feel creepy to talk about sex and sexuality with someone who is younger, less experienced, and potentially vulnerable to being influenced by me. as an adult i’m not interested in engaging with nsfw content produced by minors and it’s not an act of marginalization or something for me to say “hey i understand that it’s a part of the creative process but please don’t involve me in it personally.” and certainly don’t make me party to it by not declaring your underage status in your rules. if you want to talk about sex talk about it with people your own age. it would disturb me just as much for the 16/17-year-olds i know IRL to suddenly come up to me and be like, “yeah lol, my favorite fictional character from [movie] is a daddy dom” or whatever.
