Good Morning Tumblr land! And a happy hump day to all 🐪🐫…

Just my weekly weight loss update…weigjed in today at 219lbs so I am in a good mood and i feel good …only problem is my back is acting up again went out over the weekend so I have not been able to exercise…hopefully I will get that sorted out and be able to work out soon ..next mark is 215lbs … thats where I wanna be soon …can’t wait for it to warm up some more to get some regular swimming in ….we joined a local lake and we hope to get there everyday once it opens to get some swimming in …great no impact cardio to bleed some pounds off…

GGGGGGoood Morning Tumblr land!!!!🌞 i am having a very good morning. I have been as you all know working at my weight and trying to get and stay healthy. So lately i have been struggling to break through to the next level so to speak… welp this morning i did it. I finally broke the 220 lb mark…. just made it and dont worry i am not overly celebrating….but yes this morning i weighed in at a solid 219 lb 🖒👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.

I must say i could not have mafe the breakthrough with out the help of my wonderful lady …. the Beautiful and Talented @jbean5481 she has been making all our food…my breakfast …lunches and dinners…. she has been gently helping me stay on my eating regiment mostly portion control… well and not eating crap! She also has been keeping me motivated to do my work outs and to take our walks. She is getting more fit and i guess has also lost weight (i don’t know from where) but i will say i wanna post a pic of her crazy rock hard abs …but she wont let me.

But i digress…thats the update. I thank you all for listening and supporting me …even if its just a thumbs up emogie …👍 doing these posts have helped alot …i may not say it enough but that you all for following my blog and i hope it continues to help be a distraction or and turn on or just some good ol fashion down

GGGGGGGOOOD MORNING TUMBLR LAND!!!!!! Ok very quick update …haf a great bounce back… weighed in this morning at 222 lb …diggin it and i feel good my lady @jbean5481 and I have been staying active and doing our exercises last night did the video and then some arm work after. I feel good …
