Black History Month – A Catalyst For Unity

 I’m ashamed to admit it, but I’ve been known to say things that are insensitive, reveal my ignorance of a particular subject, and are nothing more than stupid. 

A couple of my “prize” sayings have been regarding February’s Black History Month. 

I’m not a racist, but apparently I can be a little slow in figuring some things out.

  Last night, while watching the results come in from the Iowa caucuses, I happened to catch Mrs. Clinton as she gave her non-victory, victory speech. 

Among other things, she said she would continue to “protect women’s rights”, which is her way of saying “a woman’s right to choose.”

That statement struck me differently than it has in the past. Up until Hillary’s speech, whenever I heard someone…
