Milestone achieved. Day 100 of #100daysoffitness - only right to finish it with a swim with @charlottehide. . I've got a few days to catch up on from when I was ill. These last few weeks have also been annoying to upload each day with the progress as my phone has been dying. . Started at 80.3kg, I am now 75.4kg, not bad going I'd say. Well, tonight is my last night in Singapore. It has been a great two years of pure learning and experiencing of another culture. I have met some awesome people in this time and I thank them for all that they have done for me. From cycling, to masters swimming, to finding a place to live, to exploring parts of the world new to me, Singapore has been home. I love coaching so much, I spent my last evening in the Lion City on pool deck with Swim Dolphia and Lim Boon San. I move on, back to the UK with a few big months and years coming up. Getting married this summer to the ever so patient @charlottehide and starting life together. I cannot wait. I am also very excited to be starting work at the impressive Millfield School and looking forward to be working with Euan Gray and Jak Mullins et al. Again I am very grateful for the opportunities that have come and for those ahead. I hope that my passion for coaching swimming has inspired many a Dragon to pursue the sport and I hope to spread my energy on the pool deck for years to come. Zài jiàn Singapura. (at Singapore)
