Transparent Windows ME Desktop

As much as I love modern versions of Windows, I still prefer (and miss) this Control Panel layout...

Then again, back in those days I used to have to spend a lot more time there! There's just something 'right' about medium-sized icons.

That said, Windows 8.1 makes things pretty slick with the modern PC Settings options.
