It’s ok if improving your physical health helps your self esteem. It’s ok if gaining or losing weight gives you more confidence. This idea that we need to unconditionally love how our bodies look is reductive. You can love and respect your body for existing but you’re allowed to change how it looks. It’s yours.

it’s the smallest habits. how you spend your mornings. how you talk to yourself. what you read. what you watch. who you share your energy with. who has access to you. that will change your life.
