Aries: The very same self-assured nature that seemed like a siren song early in the relationship with an Aries quickly turns annoying. An Aries needs to tone down his or her ego and “me first” attitude during the occasional compromise if a relationship is going to last. 

Taurus: Don’t assume your partner will remain loyal if you stop looking after your appearance or get too lazy about trying to ignite romance. Stubborn Taurus partners also tend to hold grudges and allow resentment to grow after the same fight happens repeatedly.

Scorpio: The delightfully caustic wit of a Scorpio can turn to nagging in a relationship, which can cut it short. A Scorpio can have an “all or nothing” picky attitude that shoots down potential dates. Some Scorpio lovers can become controlling, which causes their mates to run.

Aquarius: An Aquarius is opinionated and doesn’t try to hide his or her quirky nature! This can be delightfully cute early on in a relationship, but the constant conflicts that the Aquarius can’t let go become destructive over time. 

Pisces: Are you still pining after an ex? Then you might be a Pisces, whose self-sacrificing nature can build resentment, and who might not end a bad relationship. A Pisces can keep choosing lovers who use him or her, causing the single life to be revisited again and again.

White tea

Science is saying that white tea might be more effective than even green tea at preventing cell damage, shrinking cancerous tumours and stopping the growth of cancer cells. Plus it’s becoming the new cosmetic fix for aging skin. Beautiful!

Pu’erh tea

Traditional Chinese medicine prizes Pu’erh as a wonder tea. It’s said to aid digestion, cleanse the blood and help with weight loss. Studies in Europe are also saying it busts cholesterol as effectively as some medications.

Rooibos tea

It’s said that rooibos helps you recover from hangovers, and that it could slow dementia. Plus there’s evidence that it fights skin cancer and boosts the immune system. And it’s supposed to help with insomnia!

Maté tea

Yerba maté is a fabulous stimulant, without the jitters. It’s also full of antioxidants, so there’s scientific speculation that it could have anti-cancer properties, help stimulate the immune system and protect against disease.

Herbal tea
