"Haha. Always so funny. Always have something funny say," She tilted her head to the side in mockery of his own motion, "Ari miss wit. Been so long since laugh with very good friend." Even though she wasn't laughing at the moment. The Lionborn sat at a desk, flipping through a few dusty tomes on time magic. Mostly about triangulation and the entrapment within, although that was primarily a curiosity and not of any real importance. At least not currently.
"Where been?"
Mozenrath raised an eyebrow at being called her friend, though settled for the conclusion that they had similar professions. That obviously their previous proximity to each other due to Ari's inability to return home to whatever-other-realm she's from brought them closer. In her eyes, at least.
Mozenrath internally denied such a thing on his part.
"Oh, you know..." He moved forward with a shrug just as exaggerated as it was expressive. "Work. Magic. Destruction across countries. The usual."
A creature of habit, clearly.
He let his arms drop and peered down at the at the dusty tomes. Being able to catch onto a few fragmented sentences about triangulation.
Time magic, probably. Judging from past experience with the lionborn.
"Still can't find your way home, little priestess?" He cooed in concern.
Neltharion crept up behind Mozenrath as silent as possible in dragon form and let out a short breath from his snoot before pulling him up in a giant tongue lick, cloths, cloak, hair and all, but did let him down. In a low bellowing voice he spoke âmy my, if it isnât my young wizard friend.
He didnât hear the dragon approach. Only to jump at the sudden breath at his shoulder.
Only to be lifted off the ground by the lick.
Mozenrath turned to Neltharion and glared, though there was no heat behind it. âCharming.â He readjusted his dishevelled turban.
Nelth shifted to his normal form giving Mozenrath a light punch to his arm âbe thankful I didnât inform the two instant âdad modeâ beings being my mate and his companion. You know that they probably wonât let you go for a long time in embrace.â
Mozenrath appreciated the gesture of what he didn't do. No one needed that. Though he imagined it would only be a matter of time, especially since he's been purposefully avoiding the two.
"Hm. What new experiment or project is your mate working on this time?"

"Depends on how useful they are," he gave an exaggerated shrug. Some things just can't be helped.

"Yes... I expected nothing less than projection on your part. Who else would know better than the princess who lives in a kingdom of manure?" Mozenrath returned his attention to Jasmine. The polite smile didn't reach his eyes. "Thank you for your interest, Jasmine... but I'm more interested in hygiene."

Xerxes filled out the dating promo for Mozenrath because he loves him and wants to see him happy. As you can see, he's gotten his little fins all over it. These are all Xerxes' honest thoughts on regarding any kind of dating/mating. He also doesn't know what aero/ace means, but he means well.

OOC: I don't know what possessed me to make this. First of all, it was extremely difficult to find anything resembling Moze's gauntlet. So I had to settle for something similar, even if the colour and lighting is off because that could be fixed. Which also meant I had to go for a creative interpretation as to how the gauntlet reflects light, hence why the flames are reflected along the knuckles towards the wrist instead of the fingers.
I also had no idea where I was supposed to find a similar face to Khartoum (I refuse to use generative AI), so I just settled for a skull in the pages.
Does it look like it follows the physics of how light works? Not exactly. But then again, the gauntlet is magical... ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ
But overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out ^^

Searching the room, she snatched a wooden pole and ran towards him, forcefully swinging the pole towards him.Â
The princess had gotten faster.
His eyes widened when she went to swing the wooden pole at him. He teleported out of the way before the hit connected.
âTough words, my delicate little desert flowerâŚâ the tone of his disembodied voice rebound off the walls, coming from all directions at once. âBut we both know the writ of execution can never be exacted via incompetence.â He rematerialised on the balcony.
More than enough distance for a heat-seeking missile.

He stepped back, wincing. The princess broke out of her binds and took the jewelled athame from him as he daydreamed about her death. He peered down at his sleeve, seeing it cut. Feeling his own blood drip down his good arm.
He could only laugh. âI see youâve got some fire still in you, princess.â His laugh stopped suddenly. Dark flames licked amongst his gauntleted fingers. âBut you wonât for long, I assure you.â
He needed her alive to bait Aladdin⌠but that didnât mean they couldnât have a little fun while they waited.

Lord Mozenrath, Iâve come forward with a questionâŚ
How do you keep your hair so silky and curled? Is there any particular hair creams or shampoos that you use? As a fellow curly haired person Iâm dying to know⌠Or do you, too, have to deal with the woes of morning bed head?
âMy hairâŚ?â He absentmindedly curled a black curl around his finger. While Mozenrath took pride in his appearance, he never really had anyone comment on his curly hair before. Well, not to his face, anyway.
â⌠I wash my hair twice a week, and scrunch mousse on the scalp to dripping wet hair. Then I apply a leave-in conditioner, and cream to the body. Scrunching from the bottom, up. Then itâs to air-dry.â He wouldnât have given a genuine answer if there was no compliment.
âIf youâre asking for advice on how to prevent âmorning bed hair,â then invest in a silk bonnet. It has a very low level of surface friction, which reduces frizz and lets hair retain its natural moisture.â
It was a rare occurrence that Mozenrath gave out genuine advice to anyone, much less a stranger.
âThough, I doubt you can keep up with the maintenance cost.â
His advice wouldnât be complete without an insult to sign off with.
What do you think Moze's reaction was to first finding out about Aladdin's status after he tried to recruit him in his first episode? Was it surprise, or more of an "Oh, that makes sense" sort of thing?

Mozenrath locked-in for the ânight.â Aladdin just made a dangerous enemy by sicking the thirdack on him like that. And Mozenrath was determined to repay him most graciouslyâŚ
Xerxes was not to bother him while heâs in his library. If his mamluks needed commands, then his familiar was to give them. He would have no interruptions while he studied the street rat for weaknesses to exploit. Xerxes knew this, heâs sure. And if not then heâll learn again.
Mozenrath lounged amongst an array of luxurious pillows and cushions, and broke off a piece of chocolate. Popping it in his mouth, his eyes closed. Taking a moment for appreciation of the sweet decadence before he opened his eyes again. The visage the flaming portal displayed rewound itself with a flick of his gauntleted wrist.
Several hours would pass by. Several hours of footage from the street ratâs past ventures untilâ
â he spat out his wine mid-sip.
The portal froze on that image.
The street rat just pulled the Sultanâs daughter in and kissed her!
Mozenrathâs jaw dropped at the sight. Then he burst out laughing.
