Go big or go extinct

Dropping back down to the floor, Phoebe cleared her throat. "Sorry about that," she said before she giggled. "Oh I've been great, Ally too. I got marrried, and she has a kid." Looking around a bit, she spotted her co-pilot and yelled, "Ally! Guess who's here!" Shortly thereafter, Ally wandered up, carrying a half-asleep six-month-old girl in her arms. "Oh my God!" she giggled, shifting her daughter to one arm and hugging the two Japanese women. "It's been forever!"

Phoebe plopped down and picked up a slice of cherry cheesecake and poked at it with a fork. “I need you to talk to Jessie…try to get her calm enough to apologize to some people she made really mad.”

"I’m always willing to help. But are you certain that it’s a good time to talk to her? She might not be open to it."

Stabbing the cheesecake, Phoebe sighed softly before popping a bite into her mouth. Once she swallowed it she continued, “She runs out of steam real fast once things die down, so you can try at least.”

"I’ll talk to her. I don’t know the whole story, but I’ll definitely see what I can do."

"Thanks," she said. "Newt and his girlfriend are going to be helping too, so there’s that…"

"Enjoy the cheesecake. I’m going to go find her." He stands up, leaving the open box in Phoebe’s hands and heads off to find Jessie

"She's down outside the ecology lab," Phoebe called after him.

Shepard: Have you had any trouble at the clinic? Mordin: Nothing major. Blue Suns came for humans. Made threats. Killed them before things escalated.

[text: Nerdboy] Ally said that Jess told her that she was planning on apologizing to Lant later today and Gipsy later this week, and I’m pretty sure they’ll hate her for good now, and if I’m right, can you make sure she’s okay?

well yeah there’s that but in Phoebe’s case it’s because she’s super worried about Jessie and she’s not quite all rational about that right now seeing as Jess is her only child lol, but okay I’ll hold off

Ally had been on her way down to Newt and Hermann’s lab to tell them about Jessie when she’d heard the crash. Pausing at the door, she swallowed when she saw Eldon, debating whether or not to go sit with him. Jessie had told her abut his temper, and she wasn’t sure helping him would just make it worse….Ah what the hell, she thought, stepping inside, and moving to kneel beside him, making sure not to touch him, just to be safe. 

Ally swallowed, sitting back with both hands in her lap. Glancing back a the door, she looked back at Eldon a bit warily. “I won’t tell anyone what’s going on, I promise, I just…I want to help…” she said quietly.
