i'm doing everything BUT writing my bychance fic.

i've made 3 playlists. i've made two seperate documents for the plot line, timeline, and potential sequel. I wrote the confession. I've consumed all forms of bychance media i could on every platform including reaction videos to give me writing inspo. THEY ARE MARRIED ON MY TOMADACHI LIFE ISLAND. in the good timeline lucas and chance become friends in season 4 because lucas should be able to make a real friend in the team. and because he and max are broken up and now he's popular, suddenly there's a lot of girls looking at his direction, and chance gives him tips on how to flirt and properly hit on a girl. except chance is incredibly smooth, nothing phases him, and lucas (who blushes and looks away when the cheerleaders giggle at him) is in awe of this guy who can get any girl he wants without sweating--"how do you do this? do you not get nervous?" and chance, who has never felt flustered while flirting with a girl in his life and has kind of always avoided thinking too much about why that is, is like "nervous? pfffff why would I ever be nervous."

then all the supernatural stuff happens, chance is a part of it because he follows lucas' lead (and maybe other jocks should too--lucas becoming the new team leader and captain is an outcome I'd like), and he meets will and after everything has quieted down they're all celebrating and will just smiles at chance and suddenly oh. oh that's how it feels like. and chance is blushing and stuttering and clutching his hands and not fully making sense as he asks if will wants to go for a movie sometime, someday, maybe with him? if he wants to? ha ha ha i know it sounds stupid so i don't know. maybe. just, as an idea? and lucas is watching his horrific lack of game in the background with his mouth wide open realizing he's been following a closeted case's advice on dating girls for like half the school year
