entertaining his guilt means you believe he had the ability to time travel and teleport at will to sexually abuse some random boy. entertaining his guilt means you believe he ran a child sexual abuse ring the likes of which the world has never seen and that he was a criminal mastermind, but more specifically that said criminal mastermind’s grand scheme to sexually abuse one of his accusers was to wait until AFTER he was already being investigated by CPS, multiple police departments AND the goddamn FBI to actually carry out the deed. because that makes sense, right?

I’m not even exaggerating that aspect of his cases, btw. that exact time line is what the accusing family and prosecution presented in the 2005 criminal trial. they also tried to charge Michael Jackson with conspiracy and alleged that not only did he hold them hostage at his house, but that he was plotting to abduct the accuser and the accuser’s brother and deport them to Brazil via hot air balloon.
