The tourists were awed, but I only thought

that the saints with their glossy foreheads

Cara smiled slightly. Next thing we know, she thought, Durian Mail will be reporting her purchase of a carriage for a phantom baby. With a sigh, Cara opened her mouth to speak; the microphones surged forward.

"Clean out your earwax and listen up!"
