You had me at a time where i’m willing to support you in so many ways. I was ready to risk it all for you. I hope you realize how much that took out of me.

Let me just say that I love the state of peace that I am in right now, but sometimes it feels nice to be heard and seen with desire. I want someone to look at me with admiration and love. This “peace in solitude” journey is something that I wouldn’t trade for the world but you know, it gets to me. And I’d have to be honest, I am still scared of answering love’s call. But hey, isn’t it nice to have someone who you can strip off your vulnerabilities? I miss having a companion, someone I can call my home, my rest, my sunshine in a cloudy day. Maybe I haven’t met you yet, but I hope to meet you soon. In another lifetime maybe.

I hope you all find someone who gives you cute names and tells you it’s adorable when you do embarrassing things and hugs you when it’s early in the morning and makes you feel like you have a whole disneyland fireworks show going off inside your body and never ever lets you go 

a big part of being happy is letting yourself be happy. as in, accepting the love people are trying to offer you. as in, going the extra mile if you know it means you’ll feel better afterwards. as in, actively trying to remember and practice the things you enjoy doing. holding yourself back doesn’t just look like turning down opportunities, it also looks like depriving yourself of anything that would make you feel better. you deserve to and you should put in more effort for yourself, even if it’s just sometimes.
