And that's why you just cannot find any motivation to leave your bed. The only reason you leave your bed is that it became a muscle memory

You wake up and your first thought is "can't wait to sleep tonight"

And every night you actually don't want to go to bed because you know it's going to be a blink of a sceond and you will have to wake up again.

And you just are scared that the rest of your life will be like that.
