Duuuuuude, I should've watched Super Mario Bros Z when I was younger, I would've loved it, but I had a phobia of anything mario at the time, which was stupid. Anyways, I. LOVE. THE. FIGHT. SCENES. It reminds me of the times where I played Final Fantasy Sonic and pretending in those Sonic scene creators years ago!

I’ve been catching up on Dragon Ball Multiverse which for those who don’t know is a Dragon Ball fan project and it is legitimately better than any official Dragon Ball content produced since Akira Toriyama finished the series. 

For some context here. This is Son Bra, the daughter of Vegitto who stayed fused in an alternate universe. This means she’s basically that Universe’s equivalent of a Broly, that being some insane saiyan born with huge levels of power that seem to have no limit. Legitimately a better character than Caulifla or Kale. 

Anyway she went evil because she’s an angsty teenager with the power of a saiyan but also her dad is still the strongest being in their universe and that makes her feel inadequate with a little of the old Vegeta pride and stuff mixed in which makes her fodder for a guy like Babidi to prey on with his magic.  

But her alternate universe, “Technically the DBZ universe we know” version just tears her apart! 

To be clear this Bra doesn’t have any powers, or well she not a fighter at least. She can’t go super saiyan or anything because honestly living a life all about fighting is kind of stupid and unhealthy looking at how Evil Bra turned out.. But here she is roasting her other self who she just watched slaughter all the other fighters including two Gohans (Who is also a legit badass in this comic for all the Gohan stans) and a stronger version of Cell. Evil Bra could kill her by breathing. 

This is just good shit! This is the Dragon Ball content I want to see. You can’t really get stuff like this outside of the Dragon Ball franchise at least not easily. Using the ridiculous and over the top setting to have an overpowered godlike character be completely broken down by a weaker version of themselves is just scratching the surface of it! (Also to be woke for a sec, Having a girl character be legit on the level of the top fighters is pretty refreshing. We had to wait till Super for that and it was kind of bad) It kind of pisses me off by all the potential that’s just wasted in Dragon Ball by bad writing. It’s all just “Oh! Goku and Vegeta can turn their hair blue now!” 

If you’re a Dragon Ball fan you should read Multiverse. I mean you might already. I think it’s pretty popular but it’s also something you don’t really hear about unless you already know it exists.
