Hey! March 30th was Goya’s birthday!!!! Considering that he and Léa will likely meet and become friends, what gifts does Léa usually give? Birthdays (la fête often means birthday in letters of that time!) were a thing, just maybe not as much as today, but definitely celebrated.
I have been quite busy as of late so I do apologize for this late answer.
So in my opinion léas approach to somebody's birthday would be to make the most of it since its the only time you can celebrate your life together with your loved ones for a whole day
Knowing goya who didn't take gifts that easily it would be a perfect excuse for léa to spoil him with gifts and a party amongst their family's it doesnt need to be a big grandiose party just something personal for them
And to be more specific on the gifts léa would prioritize personal gifts that have meaning and maybe also artistic stuff too like expensive paint and so on
You couldn't say why you loved him (but he gave you a list of all the reasons why he did)

‘’Auguste, I’m sorry..It probably hurts you to still hear me talking about him’’ Junot said, his voice still strained from crying. He lay on his side of their shared bed with his head buried into the pillow, facing away from Marmont instead of clinging onto him as he did every other night before, a behaviour quite unlike him. Marmont sat quietly beside him, blankly staring at the sheets that covered his lower body as he tried to think of what he could say. He wanted nothing more but to comfort Junot, even if his near incessant talking and struggle to get over his failed relationship with Napoleon had almost put a strain on their relationship before. Not letting the past linger, he quickly shook his head to clear his mind and focus again, looking over at the man beside him, his eyes immediately darting to the bandage around his head. ‘’Sit up for me please?’’ He asked calmly and quietly as he rested his hand on Junot’s shoulder, a little sign of reassurance that he knew he needed. Junot replied to him with a groan, but did what was asked of him regardless of if he wanted to or not. The whites of his eyes were still red and bloodshot, meanwhile his eyelids were still irritated with dark circles that started to almost look like bruising.
‘’Just hold still for a moment’’ Marmont told him as he took his hand off his shoulder and readjusted the bandage around his head, using his other hand to brush the hair on his forehead away. ‘’It still hurts…’’ Junot complained, not being able to look him in the eyes just yet, though this simple act of care from Marmont had filled him with warmth inside, a feeling that he will never truly get used to as every single moment of tenderness and intimacy between them feels just the same way as it did the first time. ‘’I know, but you won’t have to keep it on for much longer’’ He said as he finished adjusting the bandage, straightening it out and making sure it will stay in place overnight. Junot remained quiet for the entire time, silently enjoying the feeling of Marmont’s touch while his mind replayed the events of earlier that led him to another nervous breakdown, trying his best to really get over it and forget this time. He was quickly broken out of his rumination as he felt Marmont’s hand on his face, gently caressing his cheek while his thumb brushed away some of the tears that started welling up in his eyes again.
‘’Come back here,’’ Marmont said with a gentle and quiet laugh as he pulled Junot back closer, holding him in an embrace and not wanting him to turn away again. Junot, still emotional, wanted to argue and pull himself away again, but he knew he couldn’t. He knew there’s no point in fighting how he really felt either, there is nowhere else he wanted to be apart from in Marmont’s arms. He gave in and placed his head on his chest with his arms loosely holding onto the man under him, closing his eyes and hoping he would be able to fall asleep soon. Marmont held him close, his fingers trailing along his back absentmindedly in an attempt to aid him in his sleep. A short, silent moment had passed. Truthfully, he had no idea how long they’d been laying there in silence for and he didn’t care to check either. Assuming that Junot had finally fallen asleep, he reached his arm out to turn out the light on the bedside table beside them, but the sound of Junot’s voice had stopped him. ‘’Auguste?’’ He asked quietly, voice sounding sleepy. ‘’Yes, what is it?’’ Marmont answered back, his hand finding its way into Junot’s hair as he waited for a response after hearing him letting out a quiet, incoherent noise. Junot knew exactly what he wanted to tell him, it’s nothing he would usually find any sort of struggle with unless he’s really struggling with his emotions like he had been day. He sighed with frustration at himself and gently pushed himself off Marmont’s chest so that he could lean in and kiss him. The kiss was unexpected and made Marmont let out a quiet sound of pleasure as he kissed Junot back gently before he pulled away and rested himself back into the position he was just in. ‘’...I love you’’ He said quietly as he listened to Marmont’s heartbeat, keeping himself pressed close to his body, holding him just that little bit tighter as he closed his eyes again. ‘’I love you too, Jean’’ Marmont replied quietly as his arms found their way around his body, holding him in an embrace again. ‘’Sleep well’’ He added, to no response this time as Junot had finally fallen asleep. He turned the light out and closed his eyes too, quickly falling asleep soon after.
