There is a saying that beauty lies within you. Some say beauty lies in the eye of the beholder . So that said, is a person born with it or can he /she create it? Some people are born lookers and they are the lucky ones. But some take care of themselves really well, go to the gym, eat healthy etc to look good.ย
Anyone can become gorgeous with the right diet and workout. Of Course there is something called inner beauty which goes beyond all the diets and face packs. Saints those days looked out of the world. They followed no low calorie diets but they did look healthy and fit and young too. That is because they left all the worldly pleasures and concentrated on the one thing that gave them immense satisfaction. Mind control. They prayed and meditated every day.
If you think good thoughts, your actions will be good and in turn you will feel good which will ultimately make you look good.
A lot of movie stars go through plastic surgeries to enhance their features. Just a little change in their features and wowww they look stunning. So whether you are lucky to have been born beautiful or you worked hard for it, it is important to know that taking care of yourselves by eating the right food, exercising every day and thinking positive and good thoughts will make you look beautiful and young forever.
