⚡️ Gemini moons can actually be cold as hell. They are the real CEOs of emotional detachment and coldness when they want. They're air AND mutable so I'm not exaggerating when I tell you they don't give a fuck, they're SO easy to drop something and not give a single fuck anymore. This is not because they are emotionless, I honestly feel like this is because they actually dislike intensity, drama or overly-seriousness and much like their sister sign they prefer things to be chill and light hearted. That's why if you come to them with your unnecessary and irrational bullshit they'll sign out like “🤨.... kay bitch bye😂”

⚡️ They only stick with people who they can really understand and stimulates them every now and then with either long interesting convos or quick but multiple interactions. To illustrate, one of my best friends is a Gemini moon and he told me once that he loved the fact that I had multiple accounts on IG cus that way we can have multiple convos at the same time in the DMs

⚡️ They also like people who don't take things too seriously. They are very humorous and like all sorts of jokes and a lot of times they can be super cut-throat so they won't like someone that is way too dramatic about everything they say and can't have a flowing conversation with.

⚡️ They only vibe with people who they can just chill with and send dumb memes to each other one day and talk about the social stigma around mental health issues the other

⚡️ Gemini moon people are SOOOO well-liked tho. Like I've noticed even when they're are introverted they are low-key so fucking popular and so many people love their energy and talking to them. They also have an ease to talk to possibly everyone and they always feel super friendly and close honestly

⚡️ This is because they are very friendly, funny and light-hearted and they usually have a very approachable boy/girl next door vibe. They definitely don't make people feel judged and that's a huge plus

⚡️ However, I've noticed Gemini moons are that type of people who vibe with everyone but deep down is friends with no one, like they go around "befriending" every soul but could low-key be loners and have very few true friends/people they care about

⚡️ Discussing anything emotional with a Gemini moon is like discussing feelings with a computer program. Like "we've found the rational explanation/solution to your issue why you still crying?" energy. Again, this is not because they are emotionless this is because this is the way they processes their own emotions and that't how they genuinely feel good. For them what makes them feel good and at ease and "nurtured" is rationalizing things and understanding and knowing the reasons for something, so that's how they provide emotional support -by finding a logical explanation- cus that's what makes them feel at ease.

⚡️ In consequence, this makes them extremely curious people, they NEED to understand the reason behind everything and they won't stop until they understand it. If a Gemini moon has a question, they WILL get an answer for it one way or another, they're like "well, now I need to know it damn". Amazing researchers.

⚡️ They were probably the type of kid who would ask why to everything and would NEVER accept a "I can't tell you why" for an answer and be like "no no TELL MEEEEE!!!"

⚡️ Making a decision "from the heart" is something they prefer to avoid, like what do you mean make an irrational???? decision??? Furthermore, I feel like for them making a decision from the heart IS racionalizing things because the world of emotions is directly brought to the realm of thought and reason, so they honestly embody a very interesting blend between heart and mind

⚡️ They seem to feel attracted to people that are a total mess in some way. They like that all over the place energy. They just love that stimulation. They also want someone that makes them laugh much like their sister sign

⚡️ Could also go for people that are completely different than them because like I said, they enjoy understanding things, so the journey of trying to understand someone that is very different or all over the place is very stimulating for them. The down side is that they can get bored eventually so that's why Gemini moons kinda like people who have a certain level of unpredictability

⚡️ When underdeveloped, they could become overly-rational to the point where they become extremely cold and self-serving. Like they would approach things rationally and therefore be like "okay but what's the most convenient outcome/choice for me then?". Like they could approach everything very coldly as if it was some equation to solve and only care about the most "rational" outcome which, rationally, would mean the most convenient for them. They can basically have that "it's logical, therefore it's good/correct" approach towards EVERYTHING and this can make them very cold people

⚡️ A lot of times they are total nerds and they like being seen as intelligent. It's common for them to take a lot of pride in knowing a lot about a certain thing specially if they also have Sagittarius energy

⚡️ When it come to being good listeners.... gemini moons are honestly hit and miss to be honest. Mostly miss if you ask me. They can A LOT of times be that type of people who in a conversation they don't really listen they just wait for their turn to talk. Sometimes they don't even respond they just talk lmaoo. Most of the times while you're talking their mind is racing, deep down they're having a conversation with themselves in their head and they're externalizing it to you. Like this is no shade seriously, I’m a Mercury dominant so I understand that y'alls mind just CAN'T STOP and you don't like staying too focused on just one thing at a time, but honesty having a convo with y'all requieres a bit of patience lmao.

⚡️ I've noticed however that with the people they care about they genuinely listen, they take it upon themselves to find a racional solution for their loved ones

⚡️ They are very cut-throat and straight forward, they like short and straight forward answers that makes them understand things in a pinch. If they asked a simple question don't come to them with a whole thesis

⚡️ The only times when they like to give long elaborated answers is when it comes to story-telling. Have you ever read ANYTHING written by a Gemini moon?? One of the best things you'll read for sure. Literally so talented and have so much eloquence, and they're also the best at providing short but entertaining and enriching info.

⚡️ I've noticed Gemini moons are either very happy-go-lucky people or have a RBF and tend to be super snarky

⚡️ Also, Gemini moon's ability to be telling you a story and in the middle of it spend 20 min telling another long-ass side story that is likely unrelated and swiftly recap the main story as if there was no interruption whatsoever.... y'all are fascinating

⚡️ A lot of times Gemini moons have siblings (usually older) and their siblings are probably the most important relatives they have in their life. I’ve also noticed it’s common for the Gemini moons to be the middle sibling

⚡️ When it come to mothers I’ve noticed Gemini moons have multiple mothers/nurturers. For example they could have step parents, they were raised by their mom and grandparents, etc. Whatever the case may be there’s an energy around them where they had multiple mother, multiple homes (divorced/separated parents), multiple people that took care of them here and there, etc. And the native often felt like these people came and went.

⚡️ If this is not the case then Gemini moons have very scattered mothers. In most scenarios they have a mother that is always busy, probably has multiple jobs or something like that. The native was kinda left to roam around on their own mostly.

Maybe it’s just my Capricorn Venus but I really admire planet archetypes in the 10th house because they make for a very impressive, refined persona. The 10th house is all about public appeal, cameras, music, and entertainment. However someone comes off publically has to do with their influences regarding this house and all the planets have valuable things to appreciate about them!

Sun in the 10th: This makes for a very mature, parental/paternally protective vibe, incredibly wise, and good chance coming off ageless. Very apparent charisma, especially really cute when they’re passionately praising their friends. Comes off incredibly dependable and strong, allows those around them to depend on them for structure and safety. They’re likely to voice the heros/paternal characters they look up to which is sweet.

Moon in the 10th: Very soft, emotional, validating, parental/motherly vibe, absolutely magnetic, and good chance of being noticably physically and overall beautiful. They look enigmatic understanding other’s emotions adeptly and empathizing easily but giving off a mysterious aura regarding their own deeper selves. Very artistic and comfortable in the feminine, may be looked up to as an idealized mother, whether that’s the mother of a creative artistic project or children. To top it off, they’re likely incredibly fashionable but comfortable too!

Mercury in the 10th: Incredible speaker, has a way with making words come off powerful, likely known for their intelligence in a common sense way. May be childish but in a self aware way. Very friendly and may be great at networking. Should be careful in filtering which friends they keep around and not to over share! This is a cute placement with a lot of potential to be well rounded!

Venus in the 10th: Enchanting, good chance of having numerous admirers, people want to win their favor by whatever means they can, looks outwardly soft, and incredibly gentle. Moon and Venus paired together are especially charming in their feminine allure. May play hard to get, tease, be subtle, and have high standards for their loved ones. Venus here wants to protect or be protected, provide or be provided for, and have a sense of domestic comfort instilled. Very classical appeal comes to them naturally.

Mars in the 10th: Quickly reactive, may seem more aggressive/tough than they actually feel, very expressive faces, and loves to be looked up to. Very motivated to get respect, willing to fight for it. Mars can benefit from becoming more self controlled and disciplined which the 10th house requires. Others will appreciate their strength more when they pick their battles wisely and take a hint or two from Venus.

Jupiter in the 10th: Great at making an impression, opening other’s minds, comes off well traveled, and good chance of popularity! This is the person others always have a good thing to say about, they get ahead by just doing what they naturally feel inclined to and reap the benefits greatly. The key is learning to love oneself with or without external approval and having healthy skepticism towards other’s intentions. Jupiter in the 10th is glittering and all around wonderful but they should be wary of protecting themselves too even though there’s a good chance their loved ones would already go to great lengths for them!

Saturn in the 10th: Wise, fatherly Saturn is right at home in the 10th house, being ready to help others and give advice. Saturn looks stable, solid, and indestructible but when they learn that they can let themselves be expressive, then there’s greater potential for fulfillment. Saturn in the public 10th house has a very endearing dry sense of humor and apparent poker face. When someone makes them laugh, it’s adorable and really special!

Uranus in the 10th: Shiny, experimental, changeable, and owning taboos they deem outdated! Uranus isn’t afraid to show off their freak flag in public, inspire others to express themselves and not be so afraid. This is a very friendly and attention grabbing placement, probably enjoys Halloween! While Venus/Moon in the 10th embody classically beautiful fashion, Uranus owns the new and revolutionary!

Neptune in the 10th: Dreamy, there’s a sense of magic about them, naturally flows in and out of various atmospheres. Very likely to make people feel like they’ve met them before, or met someone like them before! I think Neptune in the 10th may amuse themselves with the charming effect they have of being able to lure in others like a siren and being powerful in very subtle ways. Very subconsciously influential to others but should be careful of what messages from the outside they personalize as well, Neptune appreciates their freedom as much others may be curiously trying to quantify them. Artistic abilities of this person are likely to be very highly recognized and appreciated.

Pluto in the 10th: Attentive, engaging, and sweetly moody. This person inevitably comes off very deeply emotional and aware of other’s emotions. Pluto is attractive because they are the older, darker, sulkier brother of Mars. Those who relate to their moods are adeptly spotted by this placement and pursued. They value keeping their guard up in public so as to not be taken advantage of but could benefit from easing up a little bit. Their loved ones may have a dramatic effect on their career as Pluto priotizes their own emotions highly and the 10th house publisizes that to some degree.

The MC (midheaven) is the point in your birth chart that showcases your professional success and public image; your reputation. The IC (Imum coeli) is the point in your birth chart that showcases your private self, the self you don’t show to anyone except people who are close to you.

So I get questions about Draconic astrology all the time, and have been wanting to explore it in detail with you all. I’ll start by laying out the basics:

You can create your Draconic chart on astro.com, under Extended Chart Selection > Please select the type of chart you want. It will be in that drop-down menu, near the very end. You can either select a Draconic chart, or a Comparison natal-draconic. Just for ease of use you can start out with the former, and look at the comparison when you’re ready to start weaving together both of your charts.

So how is the Draconic chart calculated? It takes your North Node and shifts it over to 0 degrees Aries. However many degrees that takes is how many degrees the rest of your chart will shift. The house placements will remain the same, but the planets will be in different signs. As will the Rising and the rest of the house cusps. If you’re not familiar with the lunar nodes, they are points in the sky where the Moon crosses the ecliptic. They are also known as the Dragon’s Head (North / Rahu) and Tail (South / Ketu). The North Node shows us what our destiny is, what lessons we must learn in this life. The South Node shows us our past lives, what lessons we’ve already learned, what we’ve brought into this life.

In a sense, we can think that this is a chart inside a chart, and it is unlocked by bringing the North Node (the destiny) to the beginning of Aries - the first spark of self. If your North Node is already in Aries in your Tropical chart, your Draconic chart will not be much different. This is because your destiny is already interwoven with finding and expressing your true self. You are already doing the work of the Draconic chart. For the rest of us, there is going to be a discrepancy between the two.

I think you will find that when you create your Draconic chart, you will feel a deep resonance with it, and you may also be surprised, not in the sense that it seems unlike you, but surprised to face your true self. This is what the Draconic chart represents, it is the soul, the self within the self. It goes beyond this life, it is the energy of your soul stream, floating above you in space, trying to communicate its essence into your every day life. In exploring the Draconic chart, we shift who we are, because we come to awareness of this special energy within us.

Now this is not to say you aren’t truly your natal chart. That is the doorway through which your Draconic self, your soul, comes down to Earth. For whatever reason, you needed the characteristics in your natal chart during this incarnation. It almost feels, to me, that these are characteristics that would suit your needs early in life. There is a synchronicity between the day you were born, the family you will grow up with, and the person you will become. It seems that there is a cause and effect going on here that has little to do with the birth-date. You were born, your family shaped you, and you became a certain way. But in astrology, we see that these things are acausal, in the sense that the personality was picked before incarnation, and the appropriate birthday was chosen with astrology in mind. There is a reason behind your natal chart, and you will never leave it behind, even after knowing your Draconic chart.

The Draconic chart is there to remind you of who you truly are, beyond this. Although you are a singular person living her on Earth, with a certain personality, there is a soul-stream behind you that also has its own ‘personality.’ We can access this through the Draconic and it is a boon to us, it is a gift to know this energy, because it is like coming home to ourselves.

If you are able to, you can imagine that there is another ‘you’, watching from above. You can think of it as the soul, the higher self, whatever is sensible to you. The Draconic chart tells you what they’re like.

The Draconic Sun - your true light, your true identity and essence. This shining light bursts its rays through your natal Sun, which also is you. It is almost as if the natal chart is a costume, a costume that defines our identity for this incarnation. It is in no way fake, it is in no way meaningless. But the Draconic chart goes beyond this life, and must be remembered.

The Draconic Moon - your soul’s urge, your soul’s desire, the inner self of the inner self. This is the most important part of the Draconic chart, because the Moon is more in line with the soul. This is the seat of the soul.

The Draconic Rising - this is the way your soul approaches all endeavors. While the natal Rising is the medium between you and the world, the Draconic Rising is the medium between your soul and all experience. It probably describes the way your soul approached incarnating on Earth in the first place.

The Draconic IC - this is something I learned from Alyssa Sharpe’s video, which I recommend watching. She explains that the Draconic Imum Coeli (the 4th house cusp) is the family we expected to get when we incarnated, the family we really needed. The natal IC is the one we actually got.

The Draconic Descendant - in this same line of thinking, we could guess that maybe the Draconic Descendant (7th house cusp) describes the type of relationship our soul desires. The natal Descendant might be what we normally seek out in this life, while the Draconic would perhaps fit our soul better.

The Draconic Midheaven - the MC is the energy we bring out into the world, opposite from what we experienced in the family (IC). If the Draconic IC is what we wanted from a family, the Draconic MC is the energy we would be ready to bring out into the world. Instead, we have the natal MC, which balances out our home-life. The Draconic MC may be our soul’s greatest aspirations here on Earth.

The Draconic Venus - this is the soul’s way of relating, the way our soul wants to love and be loved. It may be a more natural way of expressing in relationship, once we get in contact with it. The natal Venus may be the way we have learned to love and relate.

The Draconic Mars - this is what really gets our soul going, what drives it. The way we express our energy may be different than what our soul desires.

The Draconic Chiron - this is the soul’s wound. This is how we have been wounded at a soul-level, in this lifetime and in others. This wound cuts to our core, while the natal Chiron may feel more like a wound to the personality.

The Draconic Jupiter is what expands our soul, while the Saturn restricts.

When it comes to the outer planets, I have not found a specific way of interpreting them, because the house placement has always been more important for them, and that stays the same in the Draconic chart.

These are just some brief ways of thinking about this - I think it is more important to meditate on your Draconic placements, alongside your natal placements, and ask yourself - how do these feel to me? How would I feel if I embodied the Draconic placements - would I feel more ‘true’ to myself? more ‘real’ and ‘authentic’?

Another interesting thing to look at is the comparison chart between the two. Pay attention to the conjunctions. I’ll give an example from my charts. I have a natal Chiron in Leo, and a draconic Leo Sun. They are conjunct. We can see from this that in my personality, there is a wound around self-expression. But it is the essence of my soul, to express. My soul’s Sun has to work its way through my Chiron, through my wound, in order to get to me. Another conjunction I have - natal Mercury in Aries, draconic Moon in Aries. Before I saw my draconic, one of the only places I really asserted myself aggressively was in the classroom, or in debates, or in conversation. It’s as if my soul’s urge (Moon) to assert and dominate as an Aries only had this outlet - through my mind (Mercury). My natal Venus is also in Aries, but it is conjunct my draconic Neptune. In this case, it is my soul’s sense of Oneness (Neptune) that is trying to be expressed in the sphere of love (Venus).

I hope some of these ideas help you - as I said, there is not much information on the Draconic chart, and so this is mostly my own thoughts on it.

I’ve recently read into what your rising sign has to do with your appearance and it’s pretty interesting so I thought i’d make a post about it, it may even help people guess other people’s dominants in their chart. Before I get started though, it is very important that people read this part; this post isn’t me telling you what YOU look like (Especially for those people who only know their sun sign, for the love of God, do not use only your sun sign); this is for you to use as a tool to understand why you look the way you do (ex. why is it that my hair grows excessively, why do I have high cheek bones, why do I have a square chin, etc.) AND to help you guess the dominant of others. The second important thing you should know before you read the descriptions; Harmonious aspects contribute a lot to appearance. What this means is that even though your Ascendant may be Capricorn, you may have a lot of fire conjunctions and trines which will contribute greatly to your appearance or you may have a planet that sits closely to your Ascendant that will modify parts. Also, if your Ascendant happens to be a mutable sign, the affects of other planets will almost always change or contradict the description of your Ascendant’s appearance If you don’t know the strong influences in your chart, I would suggest having someone help you look at it if you don’t know how. Finally, you should know that these descriptions are the extremes of each sign, they are the purest form of each ascendant which is very rare for a person to have. So if I receive any messages saying something like “the way you described Sagittarius is nothing like me!” Well, you obviously didn’t understand or read anything I wrote before reading your description because chances are, there is some other influence in your chart that is contributing greatly. Alright, lets get started.

Aries There are two types of Aries appearances, the masculine/active Aries and the feminine/passive Aries. Regardless of sex or gender, a person can have either type. Masculine Aries: Their movements are spasmodic and assertive. They are usually tall, slim, and muscular. Their body is very well formed and rarely accumulates excessive fat. Their forehead tends to be a prominent feature. Hair is often reddish or light brown. Eyes are cold a possess a keen and haughty expression. They have straight standing out noses, a thin mouth, and sharp chin. Feminine Aries: They have a rounder head compared to Masculine Aries. Their eyes are pale and wider, they carry a timid expression. Their nose is fleshier than Masculine Aries as well as they have fuller lips and a rounder chin. 

Taurus Their movements are much slower compared to a Fire or Air elemental. Their body is overall thicker, including their shoulders which tend to be very prominent. Their limbs are somewhat shorter in proportion to their body. They have a square shaped face. Their face is strong-willed with a sense of affection. Their hair is usually dark, in rare cases almost white, with a crinkly texture. Their eyes are also dark. Their nose is usually short and plump, their lips are full and voluptuous.

Gemini Their movements are swift and their eyes dart around in awareness. Overall their body is quite small and slim with long arms and fingers. Their hair is usually of a blonde shade. Their eyes come in colours from grey to brown. Their complexion is sort of pale. Their lips are usually small and thin and their nose is long and aquiline.

Cancer The Cancer appearance again is divided into passive/feminine and active/masculine, but they do share some similar traits. One common Cancer trait is that even if they are not plump in their early years, they tend to accumulate it in their early years. Also again, regardless of sex or gender, a person can possess either active or passive traits. Feminine Cancer: Movements flow like water, obviously. Their face is round and flat with a very pale complexion, similar to the moon. Their mouth is large, nose is snub, eyes are large and pale. They have arched eyebrows that give a curious expression. Hair is usually blonde, but in cases where it’s black, it is very straight and lacks shine. Their body is short with rounded limbs. In women, they tend to have nicely shaped breasts as Cancer rules over motherly duties. Masculine Cancer: Their face is aquiline instead of round. Their complexion holds a pinkish-rubicund colour. Their mouth is thin and firm. Eyes still pale, but piercing. Their body is sort of clumsy and plump. Leo The Leo type is divided into two different kinds of Leos, the Noble type and the Degenerated type. Noble Leo: Ruled by the sun, they represent sort of a masculine beauty. Their movements are proud and quick. They have a frank expression. Their complexion ranges from dark and ruddy to clear and rosy. Hair is usually blonde, sometimes reddish. Their hair can be quite prominent when it is grown out like a mane. Their eyebrows hold an expression of bravery and challenge. Their forehead is high, but overall their head is equally proportioned. Their eyes are fearless and commanding. Their nose is neither very large nor very small and is straight. Their mouth is well shaped and small. Chin is rather square. Overall their limbs and body are well proportioned, but hips tend to be slim and shoulders to be broad.  Degenerated Leo: Easy to spot, they have sort of a “bull dog” type face. Complexion is almost always dark and flushed. Their whole face seems pinched and squinted. Their body is a lot smaller and weaker from the noble type, but still broad. Virgo Their appearance is often modified by other influences in their chart; it’s rare to find a pure Virgo. The Virgo appearance is divided into the Earthy type and the Mercurial type, they are very different from each other. Earthy type: Movements are slow, as earth signs typically are. Their head is pretty large for their body. They have wide nostrils, the nose is sometimes the most prominent feature of their face. Their eyes are clear and small with a cunning expression. Their lips are small and narrowed. Their body can be very oddly proportioned and limbs ill set. Their hair can either be light or dark and it’s very striking and either crisp or wavy; it tends to stand up away from their forehead which is a strong characteristic of an Earthy type Virgo. Mercurial type: The more common type of Virgo you’ll see. Their bodies are very small, well proportioned and active. Their face is feminine and long with small facial features. Their hair is usually like brown and their eyes are usually grey or hazel, sometimes blue. Their eyes have a intelligent expression. Their nose is small and straight, still with the wider nostrils. Earth signs tend to be thicker, but for Virgos, they tend to stay very thin and their movements are quick like an air sign.

Libra They are divided by two types, the Venusian and Saturnian/Scorpio type. Their movements are graceful as air signs tend to be. Venusian type: Their body is small, delicate, and slim. Facial features are small, soft, and pleasing. They tend to be callipygian (nice butt hehe). Their complexion is usually olive-ish and their hair is very dark with a glossy warmth to it; it is usually very straight. Their nose is small and Grecian, straight with no indentation on the bridge. Their lips are dark and seductive. Saturnian/Scorpio type: Their body is much more muscular and square compared to the Venusian Libra. Their shoulders are prominent and square. Their eyes are more intense and somewhat sinister. There is something mysterious about Saturnian/Scorpio Libras. Their complexion is courser compared to Venusian Libra.

Scorpio There are two types for this one, the masculine/active type and the feminine/passive type. Any gender or sex can possess either type.

Masculine type: Their hair is usually very thick and dark, sometimes curly. Their face is square, similar to Leo, but their cheekbones are much more prominent. Their eyes are deep-set and intense. Their nose varies, but always carries an aggressive and powerful expression. Their mouth is large and compressed usually. Their jaw is square and strong. Their body is thicker-set, but strong.
