Did you hear? I’m now part of a streamer team called V-Hive! The team looks to create an inclusive space where streamers can bee themselves 💖🐝✨
A friend of mine and a couple of her friends have been working really hard to establish this team and I’ve already been having so much fun with them.
We have some really promising stuff on the horizon! I hope you’re buzzing with as much excitement as me to see what we have in store!
I wanted to bring this post over here for my archive so I don’t lose track of it. I’ve already started working on two of these! 😄 I can’t wait to share what when they’re a little more solidified and not so in progress.
It's crazy that I set these goals for myself and then little over a month later, 12/10/22, I managed to attend an event as a VT. I thought this was going to stretch out closer to a year to make happen. Hopefully many more in the future!
Now I feel like I need to come up with another goal, and I think I'd like to build upon the one I've achieved! While I was there I was already plotting on how I could make my set up more enticing and more obvious that I'm a real person to be interacted with!
I would like to create the follow to improve my "to-go" setup:
Cardboard cut out of my model
Sign boards that can attach to the corners of monitors
Desktop neon sign of my logo (pref USB powered)
So I'm starting my research journey on this! As a luxury I'd love to have a capable laptop setup so I can hang closer to site for future events. I was real sad to miss the vendors that day since I couldn't arrive until real late. But that's an investment to make if I start getting invited further from home. The signage is going to be a really fun project until then.
Goals above are very big overall ones that I'm continuing to work on, but I wanted to add some more content related goals for 2023 that I just posted to Twitter here if you want to see more about the bullets.
Post TikToks again (2-3 times a week instead of 5)
Invest in VOD editing software to post to YouTube more
Stream more (either start earlier, end later, or add a once a month weekend stream?)
Have a 2D form again for more content flexibility
Offer more content (3 script readings, and/or 1 song cover)
There are lots more things that I want to do but these are in my control. I'm looking forward to these adjustments to my workload to make time for the things I want to do more but also ease myself in.
The year is coming to a close and it's time to check in on these goals again!
TikTok posting wasn't super consistent through the year but I did finally start put out a fair bit of TikTok content with my rebrand stuff finally!
Didn't invest in the VOD editing BUT I did finally catch up on actually publishing VODs! They're just raw, and I recently added CC into my overlay so I don't have to worry about CC on future upload which was a huge piece of wanting the software!
I definitely streamed more, had more events on the weekend, had lots of streams that went late and it felt really good!
I am 2D again! And I am LOVING it with a full body, a pip-squeak, a "manamallow" and a mello-jello! Funny how that went from just get a 2D, to having 4 in one year 🤔
I have put out three song covers and have a mini cover to release on the back burner! I'm also in the middle of coordinating 2 more 😱
Then to even address the reblog before that,
I got the cardboard cut out!
I made temporary signs but they worked GREAT and will definitely be worth investing in
And got a mini LED logo sign for the table too!
I even have a new dedicated laptop for these on the go projects as my old one could no longer handle it being 7 years old or so... 😅
It was my most successful event yet and I even earned tips for the first time to help value my tarot readings going forward! People also loved my VODs which is what really kicked my butt to do it. I did some great networking with local artists and was even able to pull off a favor for the venue by getting a last minute fill in! Felt really good.
Twitchcon really made the end of the year come quicker than I imagined and has really thrown a wrench into paying any attention to this platform. I'm not sure I can promise being better but I appreciate those of you here for the ride, but also just really appreciate this platform for always being a little reminder to stay on top of my goals like this.
I look forward to reblogging this one again soon with the 2024 goals I'll have to build upon what I've done so far!

I'd also like add a few others here for Tumblr. They're more so commission based goals that I can think of at the moment:
Design a second outfit that's still me, maybe seasonal
Get more personal starting/ending scenes
Update my 3D model
And completely unrealated:
make my CC more aesthetic

Wanted to go ahead and put this in the Tumblr archives too! I'm sorry I don't post here as often at the moment. I've been SUPER cramming for this Birthday Redebut and staffing for Anime Boston took a lot out of me earlier in the month. So all of my bandwidth is being spent on Discord and Twitter at the moment since I'm working on everything on a lot of different devices! As I move back to being 2D and having less events simultaneously going on, I hope to give more attention to Tumblr, Instagram and TikTok as I do really miss these platforms!

I've been getting the hang of making emotes and refreshing my channel's finally! They're still not the strongest, but I feel like my style for emotes and workflow is working SO MUCH better than it has been. So this small improvement is something that's super needed until I can invest in new ones. It's been a frustrating process to get the hang of all of it. Emotes are so much harder than they look.
