Hi friends! Today I have a very special build to share with you! I created a charming hotel & beach club for Tartosa using the beautiful new collection by Lukheya & Valiasims, capturing the dreamy atmosphere of the lively Greek islands. When the walls are bright white, the accents are painted blue and vibrant pink bougainvillea cascades over every corner, you just know your Sims are about to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime!
This lot can be used as a hotel with the Lot51 Suite Life mod and features two guest suites in total, one of which spans two floors. It also works perfectly as a nightclub or beach venue if you prefer a different gameplay experience.
The property includes a spacious restaurant with multiple terraces where Sims can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the views, a relaxing spa and a private beach lined with luxurious cabanas, making it the perfect spacer to unwind under the Mediterranean sun.

This set is also another collaboration with my lovely @simspirationbuilds ♥ We wanted to create a larger collection that works beautifully together, so you can mix and match pieces from both sets while keeping the same relaxed, coastal-inspired vibe. Her part of the set will come out in the next few days.
Solstice combines natural woven textures, soft fabrics, citrus trees, and plenty of decorative details to help create outdoor spaces that feel both elegant and lived in. Whether you're building a peaceful patio, a coastal garden retreat, or a sunny Hamptons poolside lounge, I hope you'll find lots of ways to make these pieces your own. The collection includes 18 new items, featuring wicker dining chairs, lounge chairs and a matching side table, a timeless dining table, plenty of separate cushions and pillows to customize your seating, delicious-looking spicy peach margaritas, a peach & lemon fruit bowl, a lemon tree & planters, and many more little details to bring your outdoor spaces to life. ♥
As a little bonus, I added a retextured Base Game leafy bush to the set. I didn't modify the mesh but I added some nicer/more realistic textures to it. It still has the very cute base game shape to it but won't look out of place in a full "alpha" type cc backyard. Oh! there's also an OMSP to clutter the dining table, if it makes it easier for you.

I decided to make another set for the Cottonwood series. So here are 15 new meshes to create the perfect Laundry room. There are 2 different types of counters (these are not kitchen counters), a cabinet and sink, and a wallshelf. You can also find a barndoor that could also be used to hide the washing machine or/and dryer. Of course I also made some clutter to complete the set.
This month I was inspired by a softer take on western glamour, somewhere between vintage saloon romance and modern high fashion.
