Ghost Writer

Leela was 23 when married to one of the most brilliant civil engineers of his time.The time was pre independence of India circa 1942. The adamant tomboy was tamed wisely by the mature husband, 14 years his senior. None else could have done it, so independent willed she was. The husband was mostly at work near the rivers, where he was constructing dams for the government. When he returned home from his wild tours, he found solace in his sexy wive's arms. He was brilliant on bed also. He transformed his wild wife into a tame deer, just like he tamed the wild rivers.  Leela struggled initially, then gave up, surrendered. The girl slowly flowered into a women. 

The reality had transcended her dreams, so fulfilling was her life as a wife. She was satiated with material, social, intellectual and sexual excesses that her husband showered on her.They had no children. They could produce none. They did not complain for long. Instead, he brought up his dams as his legacy, and she nurtured the society as her offspring.
