Only a month and a few more days until christmas! We offer a standard wall calendar in two different sizes, a desk calendar and even an inexpensive CD calendar-choose the one you like best!

Here it is, the final version of the 2017 ITF fanart calendar. The CD case calendar is the perfect option for ITF fans on a budget, to give ITF fans as a christmas present, or for fans who like it simple.

As well as with its bigger siblings, every piece of artwork is included, and the CD case calendar, as well as the wall calendar, even contains reminders of special ITF-related days throughout the year that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Not that we know of, no! (Somebody correct us if this is false).

From today on, not only the ITF fanart wall calendar 2017 will be available for purchase, but also its little sibling, the DESK CALENDAR!

There are all the artworks featured in the desk calendar that appear in the standard one too, but it is smaler, more portable, and less expensive.

Of course, all profits generated of this version will also be donated to MIND, the mental health charity.

Yay! You’ve made it! The 2017 fanart wall calendar is finally available for purchase!

Choose in between 2 different sizes (8.5 by 11 inches or 11 by 14 inches), and know that all the profits we get are going straight to the mental health charity MIND.

We are even able to offer the big version for a lower price than last year ($20 instead of $25, shipping not included).

The artists all worked tirelessly for a long time, and they are the reason we are able to bring this amazing collection of In The Flesh themed art to YOU! So, again, a BIG shout out to all of the amazing artists! (If you buy the calendar and enjoy the artwork, be sure to have a look at its back, where all the artists are credited; many by their tumblr url. You can do them a huge favour and thank them by following their blogs and maybe writing a nice thank-you message!)

Over the next two days (November 3rd and 4th), the desk calendar version as well as the very inexpensive CD calendar will be made available for sale-keep an eye out for the posts announcing them, or follow us if you want to be sure not to miss them.

The calendars will go on sale November 1st, details to the surprise are announced on October 31st or November 1st.

Hi there!

The short answer is no, sadly we can not let you know a specific date that we’d be messaging all artists on. The reason for this is that we of course can’t decide which art to select bevor we have all the artworks that were submitted!

The submission deadline has closed on October 10th, but there were a few artists who couldn’t meet the deadline because of stuff that happened in their personal life- we wanted to give them the chance to have a few additional days tofinish their artwork and submit it.

But, of course, if an artist doesn’t respond to our e-mails anymore at all, we have to exclude this artist from the project since we can’t wait forever…So I can tell you that we will message everyone in the next few days with our decisions.

Sorry I don’t have an actual date for you, but I hope it helps to know that it’s only a matter of 2-3 days or so anymore!

We are slowly waving January good bye- There have been so many sign ups including January as a choice for the months that we’ve decided to exclude January from the possibilities soon!

If you haven’t signed up yet but would like to include January in your priority list for the month you’d like to draw for, we suggest you sign up as soon as possible! As soon as we’ve reached a set number of submissions including January as a choice, we will delete this month from the list!

The form isn't the shortest, but this is to allow us to evaluate all applications at the same level so that every artist has the same chances to take part. It will be open until September 5th.

The ITF Calendar Project is rising from the...sleeping! Hello again to all of you that already know us, a warm welcome to those that are new!

The aim of the project is to bring you a calendar for 2017, filled with fanart of this incredible show and its amazing characters. There will be a busy few months ahead - we will be opening artist sign ups the following Monday (the 15th of August), allocating months by the 9th of September, and accepting art submissions up until the 10th of October - all to have the calendar ready and available for you from the 1st of November. It will be a fantastic chance for artists to show their work, and for fans to own something special relating the series.

  How will we do it?

• Artists will be able to sign up from the 15th of August, and request five months they’d like to illustrate, although they will only end up drawing for one (you will be able to specify on the form if you’d like to be considered for more). Each month will have a specific character or pairing.

• We will allocate months to the artists. We are aiming to have five pieces of art for each month - one winner chosen for the calendar itself, the others featured on our twitter.

• Once the artists have done their hard work, we will compile the calendar and make it available for sale using createphotocalendars, and at the lowest possible price. This is a non-profit project! The final prices will be as low as possible, covering only printing and shipping costs, plus a small addition that will be donated to the mental health charity MIND (as chosen by Dominic Mitchell for the 2016 project).

How can you take part?

• Like and reblog this post, and give us a follow, both on tumblr and on twitter and track the tag. Spread the word!

• Look forward to November (when the calendar will be available for sale) and to seeing all the gorgeous art that has been created for the show and this project!

• Check out our blog for more info, and send us an ask if you have any questions that aren’t answered on our FAQ page.

• HELP US NOW by messaging us with suggestions for the new “Inspirational Wordclouds”! The wordclouds exist to make the work for the artists a bit easier by providing them with inspirational words that they can use to gain ideas for their drawings. WE ARE SEARCHING FOR INSPIRATIONAL WORDS OR EACH MONTH; brainstorm with us: What is a word/are words that always scream “January!!” to you? What reminds you of February? What is typical for every March? What amazing thing happened to you in April? You get the gist...

Also: We’d love to hear your opinion about which month should feature which ITF character or pairing (canon or not, doesn’t matter!) Send us a list with your “ideal” month and character combination.

WE WILL NOT PUBLISH THOSE MESSAGES UNLESS YOU SPECIFY IN YOUR MESSAGE THAT WE ARE ALLOWED TO. This is a chance for anyone in the fandom to play a part in the project, you of course don’t need to be an artist to take part in this part!

Please send us all your suggestions until AUGUST 14TH, and check out this link for the words and characters that we used last year (you can re-use them, or get inspired by them, whatever you want)

Finally, after months of planning, working and drawing, the ITF calendar project team is proud to present to you: The ITF fandom calendars for 2016!

Each of the 3 different variants includes 12+ beautiful artworks of ITF fans for ITF fans. In the standard wall calendar and the CD calendar, you'll also find the most important fandom event dates compiled-as well as birthdays of actors and characters.

The price for the calendars includes production and printing costs of the website we're selling the calendar at, but all of the profits made through selling will be directly donated to the mental health charity MIND. Through buying the calendar, you yourself are supporting this amazing charity.

The organizing team and the artists don't see a cent of these profits, which means the 12+ amazing artists actually worked for free to make this project possible!
