My physical diagnosis are: Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder, chronic migraines

I know it doesn’t sound like a lot for one year but it’s the most positive progress I‘ve had in nearly a decade. Although I still have a long long way to go, at least I‘ve started. I hope one day I‘ll be able to confidently say ‚it gets better‘ but that day isn’t today and that’s fine
