Making an Entrance

The first finished cards of the FFXIV playing card deck!

Prints of completed cards will be available on the $20 tier of Patreon soon, and once the deck's completed the usual colouring book will be made out of the line art for download. The Tower (XVI) in tarot cards means sudden change, danger, destruction, higher learning.

Inspired by the famous Rider-Waite tarot card illustration and another explanation of the card, references the biblical story of the Tower of Babel, where God destroys a tower built by mankind to reach Heaven. Also the song Shadowbringers “we fall” played in my head while I was drawing this.
