im watching the originals cuz i finished tvd and it’s way better cuz romance shows are lowkey boring i feel like the main plot in shows shouldn’t revolve round romance it should be more of a side plots cuz why caroline dated like 5 guys in their friend group that show just cuz they ran out of characters for her to be with cuz they push the romance plots so hard lol. she dated all the founding fathers lmao. no actually she dated matt tyler damon stefan klaus thank god she didn’t date jeremy he was lowkey dating everyone too tho like u guys let’s just be normal and not fuck everyone that looks at us lol but lowkey when he tried to the himself into a vampire by tryna kill himself i was like thats the most relatable part of the show he so fkn emo. but klaus was lowkey the best character in tvd cuz idk he was raw as a character and seemed like a genuine reality of what that person would be and likeable but also horrible af meanwhile stefan is a serial killer and everyone’s like acting like hes prince charming when he just as bad.

You have to let people love you. You have to let people get to know you. You have to let people help you. Being so completely selfless that you try to erase yourself off the face of the planet and never ask for anything and reject everybody's offers of support makes you very hard to love! Unfortunately. Emptying yourself out of everything that makes you, you is not actually what your loved ones want from you, generally. They want to make you happy! They will be so so sad if you don't give them the chance. It's not all selfish. I promise.
