Halloween Event

yall know the drill by now, we're pretty sure every editblr is doing an event like this right now. but. we wanna do one too, so fuck off.

send in a 🕯️ + a character and (optionally) a spooky/halloween theme, and we'll randomise you an edit type.

layouts and sprite edits aren't going to be available, but most of our other edit types will be.

this is also partially a birthday event for us (its on the 29th) - we aren't planning on doing anything here, but our whitelist characters will be prioritised for this event.

this'll obviously run until the 31st, though we can't guarantee a halloween finish on all the edits.

thank you if you participate, but don't worry if not. this is just casual fun for some spooky edits.

edit: we're going to be defaulting to actually kinda creepy halloween themes, so if you'd prefer something more cutesy for your edit, let us know!

Editblr Community Survey

hi, everyone! so, recently while we were procrastinating making edits as usual, we came up with an idea. now, has this sort of thing been done before? possibly. do we care? not really lmao. basically, what this is, is a survey! anyone who edits and/or runs an edit blog is free to do it. all the questions are optional and everything is anonymous! its not a super long survey, it shouldn't take longer than ten minutes to do. its mostly fun questions and demographic stuff, because we love data and statistics so much, its going to be so fun to go through all the responses. and if anyone has any suggestions for more questions, we can always update it! we're planning on publishing the results in like, two weeks? its not set in stone lol. so, if you're an editor and want to take part in something a little dumb, go do this survey! thank you so much if you do.
